We advertise in the local paper and our office has a high street location where you can call in for advice on all aspects of renting property.
We can assure you that all our properties will have had the relevant gas safety checks carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer prior to our tenants moving in. When you move in to a property managed by Premier we will meet you at the property to check you in and take a video of the property so that the condition is noted.
